Exerpt: On February 21, 1994, Archie B., President of ACME Ltd., announced the ISO 9001 project was delayed until further notice. This was a particularly busy time of year at ACME and the company could no longer commit Barry P., a project leader, to the ISO 9001 registration project. Essentially, ISO 9001 registration was being moved to a lower position on ACME's priority list.
